Job Description/Overview:
This role is supportive in nature, ensuring the development and implementation of site-specific Health, Safety and Wellbeing plans that enable the delivery of strategy and reduction of critical risks. You will be responsible for supporting Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisors in the investigation of serious incidents and ensure controls are identified to mitigate risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving and delivering wellbeing programs onsite
- Delivering training programs, where required
- Implementing the Safety Management System across your area of responsibility
- Facilitating risk reviews, risk assessments and other compliance related activities
- Supporting the implementation and assurance of the critical risk management frameworks
Qualifications needed
- Relevant tertiary Health and Safety or equivalent is essential
- ICAM trained or equivalent incident investigation training is essential
- Experienced in FMCG and/or high-risk manufacturing environments is essential
- Lead auditor training (Desired)
- Cert IV in training and assessment (Desired)
- Permit to work issuer (Desired)
